This is a Motor Mount that was used on most Mercruiser V-6 and V-8 engines. Most Mercruiser inboards use 4 of these mounts and most sterndrives use 2. These mounts are 3/4" x 16 shaft - 4-1/2" total height - 4.0" center to center of base. Up to 300 lbs (135 kg) per motor mount. These mounts were also used on other applications.
