This motor fits the mechanical lift device and the electrical plug is a rectangular connector with 4 male terminals. 1 Blue, 1 Green, 1 Black, and there is one jumper from one terminal to another. The shaft coming out of the motor has a roll pin on the end of it which drives the worm gear.
