How do I lookup my parts for my application?

LOOKUPS

On our home page you will see this banner:

There are Two different part lookups for you to use.  If you click on the left side of the banner, you will be taken to our new PRESTO Parts finder.  If you click on the right side of the banner, you will be taken to our EASY Parts Lookup.  Here are how the two of them work:

PRESTO PARTS FINDER (new)
This is our newest Lookup program, designed to work in conjunction with our printed advertisements.  It has links to the most popular parts inquiries as well as the ability to type in a reference number (from our printed advertisements) and navigate to that particular category.

Once you are here, you may either type in the number of the category or click on the links listed.  That will begin the process of narrowing down your search.

For example, lets say I need a Starter for my Mercruiser.  I would go to the PRESTO lookup and either type in 10 and click [Go] or Click on the Inboard & Sterndrive Starters link.  I am then taken to a new selection page:

Next, I click on Mercruiser...
 

Next, I click on whichever application I have...Let's say I click on Inboard Starters.  Now , PRESTO... I am taken to a page that lists all the starters for my application and I can choose by looking at all of the available starters:

 

EASY LOOKUPS
Our EASY Lookups were our original parts lookup.  You can get to it by visiting www.ebasicpower.com/easy or by clicking on the links in our website.
You can find links to it throughout this website.
It is located at the top of the category column.  Click on these graphics to enter our EASY Lookups.

Here you have Inboard and Sterndrive Engines and Outboard Engines broken down into the various manufacturers.  Additionally, there is a link for Marine Transmissions and Propeller lookups.  Choose the link that best matches what you have.  Once you click on a link, you will be taken to lookups that only pertain to that particular application.

There are several types of lookups available within each of these.  We have application charts, drop-down lists and clickable illustrations.  Here are some examples.

Application Charts: (click the part number links to go to the parts)

Illustrations: (click on the part that you need)

That will take you to all parts listed for the item you clicked:

Here you can compare the listed parts' descriptions, prices and sometimes warranties.  Adjust the desired quantity and click the Buy Online button to purchase.

Drop-Down Lookups: (narrow down your search)

Select your application from the Drop-Down menu and then click the Next, Enter, or Go button:

Continue to click on the links to narrow down your search, and you will see the results:

Each lookup is a little different, but they are all designed to be Easy.

I already know the Basic Power Part Number and want to go directly to my part.
If that is the case, then you can go to www.ebasicpower.com/partnumber or at the bottom of the Easy Lookup page, the Search Pages and the Order by Part Number page, you will see:

This will allow you to type in your part number and go directly to the page that displays that part.
